This prestigious recognition is part of our participation in the Local Empowerment and Development for Civil Society (CS-LEAD) project—an initiative dedicated to strengthening the capacity, effectiveness, and sustainability of civil society organizations across Zambia.

Through CS-LEAD, we engaged in a series of intensive trainings delivered by People in Need Zambia and the Jesuit Centre for Theological Reflection. Out of 40 civil society organizations from across the country, only 20 were selected for this award—and we are proud to be one of them.

Receiving the FSTP 2025 Award is a significant milestone for the Continental Leadership Research Institute (CLRI). It will enhance our institutional capacity to promote transparency, accountability, and citizen-led governance in Zambia and beyond.
