Virginia C. O’Grady is an accomplished digital-transformation and customer-experience leader with extensive experience across Africa and the Gulf region. She currently works as an Independent Consultant in the GCC, supporting organisations to strengthen digital capabilities and deliver customer-centric transformation initiatives.
She previously served as Head of Digital Transformation & Customer Experience at MTN South Sudan, where she was part of the Executive Team and led major digitalisation and service-improvement programmes. Her career also includes senior roles with MTN and Vodafone Zambia, focusing on customer experience, communications, and digital-system optimisation.
Virginia holds an MSc in Digital Business from the University of Salford, a BBA in Management and Marketing from the University of Hertfordshire, and ACCA qualifications from ZCAS.
Her cross-regional experience, strategic leadership, and digital-innovation expertise make her a strong asset for the CLRI Board.
