CLRI believes in research-based advocacy and works with professionals and young people across the country to promote leadership, good governance, and sustainable development through evidence-driven programs.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

Governance Structure<\/h4>\n

CLRI operates under the Articles of Association, which provide for an elected Advisory Board led by a Board Chairperson. The Board provides strategic direction and oversees the operations of the Secretariat. The Secretariat consists of the Executive Director, Program Manager, Programs Coordinator, Programs Associate, Research Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager, Accountant, and supporting staff who manage the organization\u2019s day-to-day activities. CLRI also engages interns and volunteers to support its programs.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
